Forgot Your Password?

Forgot your password? Follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account:

  1. Go to the Password Reset Page
    Navigate to our Password Reset Page and enter the email address associated with your account.

  2. Check Your Email for a Reset Link

    • After submitting your email, you'll receive a message with a link to reset your password.
    • Open the email and click on the provided link.
      Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  3. Set a New Password

    • On the reset page, create a new password that meets the security requirements (e.g., minimum length, special characters).
    • Confirm your new password and submit the form.

  4. Log In to the Portal

    • Once your password is updated, return to the login page.
    • Use your email and new password to access your account.
